Jacob Ayers established his independent label Place Of Vision in Baltimore in 2021. It has since evolved from a rare capsule release to creating collections. His emotional sincerity and charisma within his creations has blossomed a personal connection with his supporters.

Jacob is a recent 2022 graduate with a BFA in Fashion Design from Otis College of Art and Design. Here he worked with designer Zaid Affas, GUESS, and creative director of Rhode and Bally, Rhuigi Villaseñor. Jacob has become a creative consultant and collaborator through his ability to translate ideas with physical and sonic art forms.

He is inspired by his Afrikan & Native American heritage and the human experience to create from rooted story telling place. Place Of Vision serves as a vessel to walk in your purpose - it’s an open canvas where individuality is unified. Faith, family and romance are the seeds that grow the company.
